Being entirely or partly transposed in the virtual environment, they have to adopt a malleable business strategy, to make decisions based on knowledge, which regards the consumers, suppliers, shareholders, investors or even competitors. The collaborative systems, tools and technologies come to maintain the work teams, the collaborative communities and entreprises, the portal based IT platforms proving their efficiency as infrastructures of the considered environments.
