SUBMIT a PAPER


The article is sent as an email attachment in Word 2003 format. In the email message, the corresponding author will state the volume and number in which he wishes the paper to be published.
Also the corresponding author will send, as attached files for each author a picture, a description and a scanned originality declaration dated and signed in JPEG format.
Then number of paper authors must not exceed seven.
The editorial board will appreciate if the authors don’t have a close degree of relationship, married couples, parents-children, brothers or sisters. Because their contributions are hard to differentiate. Experience shows that an open approach generates a larger diversity of results and a rise in complexity. Because the editorial board makes alterations on the papers in order to obtain a homogenous for of the whole issue the deadline is a restriction for paper admittance.
The received paper is modified such that the authors names are not disclosed and it is sent to three evaluators for review. The results of the evaluation process is submitted to the corresponding author. In the evaluation process the following situations occur:
- the paper is accepted with no modification needed and is published in its initial form;
- the paper needs minor changes to be eligible for publication;
- the paper needs major changes to be eligible for publication;
- the paper is rejected.
The evaluation process lasts ten days. The authors must respect the terms set for sending the modified paper as transmitted to the corresponding author with the result of the evaluation process.
Not respecting the deadlines will make the paper not eligible for publication in the current issue.
